India Visa Application Guide
All foreign nationals, including South Korean citizens, must obtain a visa before entering India. The most convenient option is the e-Visa, available online.
How to Apply
- Visit indianvisaonline.gov.in
- Upload a recent passport-size photo and the passport information page
- Pay online using credit/debit card
- Receive your ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) via email
- Print the ETA and present it upon arrival in India
Types of e-Visa
- Tourist Visa (30 days to 1 year)
- Business Visa
- Medical & Medical Attendant Visa
- Student Visa
- Transit Visa
Important Notes
- Visa-free entry is not allowed (except diplomatic/official passports under 90 days)
- Tourist visa cannot be reapplied within 6 months after visiting India
- Stays longer than 6 months require registration with FRRO within 14 days
- Currency regulations: declare if carrying over USD 5,000; Indian rupees cannot be imported/exported
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate required if arriving from affected regions

신청 절차
- indianvisaonline.gov.in 접속
- 여권 사진 및 여권 정보 페이지 업로드
- 신용/체크카드로 온라인 결제
- 이메일로 ETA(전자여행허가) 수령
- ETA 출력본을 입국 시 제시

- 관광 비자 (30일~1년)

- 의료·의료보조 비자
- 학생 비자
- 통과 비자
유의사항
- 비자 없이 입국 불가 (외교·관용여권 90일 이내 예외)
- 관광 비자는 인도 방문 후 6개월 내 재신청 불가
- 6개월 이상 체류 시 14일 내 외국인등록(FRRO) 필수
- 외환 규정: 미화 5,000달러 이상 반입·반출 시 신고, 인도 화폐 반출입 금지
- 황열병 위험 지역 출발 시 예방접종 증명서 필요
