빅 파이브 성격 모델은 인간의 성격을 다섯 가지 요인으로 설명합니다.

The Big Five personality model is usually described with the acronym OCEAN.
Openness describes how much a person enjoys new experiences and creative ideas. A person with high openness values imagination, curiosity, and variety.
Conscientiousness shows how organized and responsible a person is. A person with high conscientiousness plans carefully, works diligently, and follows rules.
Extraversion reflects how outgoing and energetic a person is. A person with high extraversion enjoys social interaction, feels comfortable in groups, and gains energy from being around others.
Agreeableness describes how cooperative and compassionate a person is. A person with high agreeableness shows kindness, empathy, and a willingness to help others.
Neuroticism indicates how often a person experiences negative emotions such as anxiety or sadness. A person with high neuroticism feels stress more easily, while a person with low neuroticism remains calm and emotionally stable.
This model does not classify personality as good or bad. It explains tendencies along each dimension, helping people understand themselves and others more deeply.
