꽃 위를 나는 나비들의 사랑의 춤사위가 현란한 요즘입니다. 사랑은 우리를 살게 하는 원동력이자 각박한 세상의 윤활유와 같습니다.

누군가는 사랑은 사량(思量)에서 비롯된 말이라고 합니다. 그 말이 사실이라면 사랑의 크기는 생각하는 양에 비례하는 셈입니다. 나 아닌 누군가를 생각하는 사람이 많아지면 많아질수록 세상은 사랑으로 가득해질 것입니다.

세상의 가장 큰 불행은 사랑하지 않는 것입니다.

IT WAS FOUNDED IN 1854 BY A GERMAN IMMIGRANT LAND COMPANY THAT ENCOURAGED ITS KINSMEN TO EMIGRATE FROM EUROPE. (SEE PICTURE #15739)

'스'로 시작해서 '스'로 끝난다. 출발점과 종점이 같다. 스트레스가 시작된 지점에 스트레스를 끝내는 방법이 있으니 빙빙 돌아가지 말고 스트레스가 시작된 지점을 찾아가 정면으로 부딪히라는 뜻이다.

Sundries: 칫솔처럼

오늘 아침에는 이러한 저의 작은 다짐을 가지고 출근해서 메일박스를 열고 메일들을 읽었습니다. 고도원의 아침편지를 읽다가 저에게 또 다른 되돌아봄을 주게 된 글을 발견했습니다. 너무 좋은 내용들이 있어 공유하고자 합니다. 칫솔은 자신만이 쓸 수 있으며 자신이 반드시 관리해야하는 것입니다. 자기 신뢰가 칫솔이라는 것입니다. 희망, 호흡, 사랑을 통해서 항상 관리하고 사용해야 한다는 내용입니다.

제 자신을 다시 한번 돌아보게 되고, 마음가짐을 다시 하게 되는 좋은 글입니다.

Sundries: 칫솔처럼

자기 신뢰는 칫솔과도 같다고 합니다. 정기적으로 매일 사용해야 하는 것, 하지만 남의 것은 절대 쓸 수 없는 것이 바로 '자신에 대한 믿음'입니다.

"두려움은 적게, 희망은 많이 푸념은 적게, 호흡은 많이 미움은 적게, 사랑은 많이 하라. 그러면 세상의 모든 좋은 것이 당신의 것이다."

자신에 대한 믿음을 칫솔에 비유한 것이 재미있습니다. 그렇지요. 칫솔질은 규칙적으로 꾸준히 해야 합니다. 그리고 내 손으로 늘 깨끗하게 관리해야 합니다. 그 관리 방법으로 희망, 호흡, 사랑을 처방하고 있네요. 좋은 방법입니다. 내 칫솔은 내가 관리합니다.
