Description	English: Jeseugndang is a shrine built to commemorate Admiral Yi Sun-sin on Hansan Island (Hansando), North Gyeongsang province, South Korea where Admiral Yi squashed the Japanese invasive military with the turtle-shaped ship (Turtle ship) during the Imjin War. The battle is referred to as "Battle of Hansan Island" (Hansan daecheop). 한국어: 대한민국 경상남도 통영시 한산도에 위치한 제승당은 이순신 장군의 집무실이 있던 곳으로 사당으로 정비되었다. 임진왜란 중 한산도에서의 전투를 "한산대첩"이라 일컫으며 거북선과 장군의 지략으로 왜군을 격파했다.

인재를 구하는 가장 기본적인 원칙

한 시대가 부흥하는 것은 인물이 있기 때문이요. 쇠퇴하는 것은 유능한 보좌가 없기 때문이다. 세상에 완전한 인물은 없다. 적합한 자리에 기용해 인재로 키워야한다. 전능한 사람도 없다. 적당한 일을 맡겨 능력을 키워야한다. 단점을 버리고 장점을 취하는 것이 인재를 구하는 가장 기본적인 원칙이다. 그래야 탐욕스런 사람이든 청렴한 사람이든 다 쓸 수가 있다.
