언제나 사물의 밝은 면을 보는 낙관적이며 명랑한 사업가는 비관적인 가업가보다 대체로 성공률이 높다고 합니다. 사실 그 자체보다 그에 대한 태도가 훨씬 더 중요합니다. 태도가 곧 성공과 실패를 결정하기 때문입니다. 특히 리더의 태도는 조직 전체로 전염되기 때문에 긍정적, 적극적 사고는 모든 리더의 필수조건입니다.
They say that the optimistic entrepreneur, who remains positive and is capable of seeing the brighter side of any situation, has a better chance of success than the pessimist who runs a family business. One's attitude towards facts is far more important than the facts. This is because attitude determines success or failure. This especially holds true for leaders- as their attitude will directly influence the whole unit. The ability to remain positive and aggressive is an essential quality needed in a leader.
