계절의 변화를 느끼면서 세월의 흐름을 알 수가 있고 떨어지는 낙엽을 밟으면서 우리의 삶을 뒤돌아 볼 수도 있지요.

우리의 육체와 또 우리네 정신 건강까지 봄 여름 가을 겨울이 다 존재하기에 보다 더 건강하고 행복할 수 있는 게 아닌지요.

이렇게 좋은 환경 속에서 살고 있으면서도 우리가 행복하지 못한 것은 우리의 마음 때문입니다.

우리네 마음이란 참 오묘하여서 빈 마음으로 세상을 바라보면 세상이 한 없이 아름답고 또 따뜻하지요. 정말 살 만한 가치가 있어 보이거든요.

마음 가득히 욕심으로 미움으로 또 시기와 질투심으로 가득 채우고 세상을 바라보면 세상은 험하고 삭막하여 우리를 힘들고 지치게 할 뿐이지요.
