ENGLISH EXPLANATION

The name comes from the famous children's tale "Goldilocks and the Three Bears." In the story, Goldilocks prefers the porridge that is neither too hot nor too cold, but "just right."

In economic terms, it describes an ideal state of steady growth without high inflation. It represents a perfect "sweet spot" where the economy is not overheating (too hot) nor falling into a recession (too cold).
