Detective Conan: Fallen Angel of the Highway

The story primarily takes place in Kanagawa (神奈川) and Tokyo (東京). Alongside the main character Conan Edogawa (江戸川コナン), the film heavily features Chihaya Hagiwara (萩原千速), a platoon leader of the Kanagawa Traffic Police known as the "Goddess of the Wind".
The plot kicks off when Conan and his friends are heading to a motorcycle festival in Yokohama (横浜) and witness a mysterious, out-of-control black motorcycle. Chihaya engages in a high-speed pursuit, but the skilled rider manages to escape. At the festival, a cutting-edge police motorcycle named "Angel" (エンジェル) is unveiled, and it strikingly resembles the runaway black bike. The police authorities dub the rogue motorcycle "Lucifer" (ルシファー) and launch a full-scale manhunt.
As the investigation deepens, Chihaya Hagiwara (萩原千速) is drawn into painful memories of her late brother Kenji Hagiwara (萩原研二) and his close colleague Jinpei Matsuda (松田陣平), both of whom died in the line of duty. The core of the movie revolves around the high-speed confrontation between Conan, Chihaya, and the mysterious "Lucifer" (ルシファー) to uncover the truth and prevent further chaos in the city.
